Miles for Meso is a 5K race and fun run and walk for mesothelioma awareness and research. As an advocacy initiative of the Simmons Mesothelioma Foundation, Miles for Meso seeks to bring local communities together and support research, institutions and advocacy groups in the shared fight against mesothelioma.

Mesothelioma is a rare and aggressive cancer caused by exposure to asbestos that is diagnosed in nearly 3,000 American each year. There is no known cure for the disease.
