The 13th Annual North Penn IRONKnights Elementary Triathlon is scheduled for Saturday, May 17th, 2025. Triathlon is open only to North Penn Elementary students! Race divisions include grade K, grades 1 and 2, grades 3 and 4, and grades 5 and 6. Girls and boys who finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in their division will receive an IRONKnight trophy. Each participant will also receive an IRONKnight triathlon t-shirt before the event! Don’t forget the rain date for our race is Sunday, May 18th, 2025

The Big Dirty Run hosted by Suncadia is definitely NOT your average 5K, this is a run for the adventuresome spirit. Participants run, walk, crawl, and climb through our 5Kish course, which winds through the muddy backwoods trails of Suncadia’s Nelson Preserve neighborhood and includes some new obstacles this year. You will be pushed to your dirty limit and at the end of the race through a muddy finish. Once participants have crossed the finish line they will receive a cold glass of beer (or root beer for the little ones)!
