Centrally located between Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Binghamton, the course provides beautiful scenery to enhance the racing experience ~ right in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Choose from the full distance (144.6 miles), the half (72.3), the half relay or the Steel Olympic (36.6). We also offer a full and half aqua bike.

The Wheels For Meals Ride is an annual bike ride event in the beautiful Livermore Valley benefiting Alameda County Meals on Wheels. With three routes to choose from, we have something for all levels:
•A family friendly 15 mile route, great for kids and beginners
•A 35 mile route for those who are looking for more of a challenge
•Our 70 mile (metric century) route is strenuous with steep climbs and fast descents, perfect end of season ride for the serious cyclist
All of our routes are well supported with route markings, SAG vehicles, well stocked rest stops, and all riders are treated to an excellent after-ride barbecue lunch with music, booths, and ice cream!
